SAMHSA report shows national underage binge drinking on the decline, by still a concern
Wisconsin underage binge rates, however, have remained stagnant over the past decade (dropping just 1/3 of 1%). Research indicates that underage binge drinking impacts levels of adult binge drinking, a rate that is trending up slightly over the past few years.
